WEEKLY
Inform your opponents and referee of the fixture, advising kick off time, team colours, the venue and if required directions to the venue 5 days prior to the kick off.
Make sure you are in possession of the required paperwork, kit and equipment for the fixture.
Answer any correspondence and pay any fines.
MATCHDAY
Make sure the pitch is prepared for the game.
Tell the opponents if there has been a change to the referee than that printed on the fixtures. If there is no official referee, agree upon who shall take sole charge of the game.
Greet your opponents and the referee and show them to the dressing room area (if applicable).
Have players ID cards available for viewing. Complete the match report form.
Update Referees marking form. Inform Referees Secretary if the assigned official does not turn up.
Post match report and post to the Assistant League Secretary.
Inform the League of the results of the game along with details of the scorers by calling Steve Bertie on 0121-733-3717 before 4pm on Sundays and before 10pm midweek games.
Call or email the Press Officer with details of the game.
MONTHLY
Attend monthly fixtures, or if you cannot make it, send a deputy.
Pay registration fee instalment.
Hand in the Referees marking form at the fixtures meeting to the Referees Secretary (or deignated person) or post to reach The Referees Secretary by the date of the meeting.
Dark writing = Applicable to Home club only
Orange writing = Applicable to both Home and Away clubs
